Reflection
If I were to describe my career day in one word, the word would be productive. We(my career day buddy and I) did have to work more than I expected. We had to help students with lots of digital concepts on the computer to help them create graphs. It was good because it kept me busy. Watching the students work was interesting because the environment was just so different than a high school classroom. Helping the students was fun because once they weren't shy of you, you formed a certain bond with them. It was easy to make friends with the 2nd graders and I connected with some of them, which was my favorite part of the day. I really liked being able to make friends and connecting with a couple of kids.
